Travis started working alongside his father Robert right out of high school, learning every aspect of the septic business from the ground up.
In 2017, Travis took over full operations of Markos & Sons and has since continued to grow the fleet, expand the team, and strengthen the company’s reputation across Southwest Michigan.
Hands-on in every project, Travis ensures every job is completed to the highest standard, the same standard his father set back in 2004.
Lara is married to Travis and has been the organizational backbone of Markos & Sons since 2017, managing scheduling, customer communications, and day-to-day operations.
As the first voice customers hear when they call, Lara is committed to making every interaction feel personal, professional, and stress-free.
Her dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail ensures that when a job comes in, it goes out completed on schedule and with care.
